Madeleine Jacques
Madeleine has worked in paediatric burns since 2009 and has practiced as an endorsed Nurse Practitioner since 2018 at the Children's Hospital at Westmead, New South Wales' sole tertiaty paediatric burn referral service. She co-leads the Kidsburns digital referral service alongside the busy ambulatory procedural clinic, delivering timely and effective trauma informed care as part of a tight knit and highly skills multidisciplinary team. She is passionate about delivering safe, coordinated and equitable care to all children accessing this service regardless of their postcode and has been integral in capacity building local clinics and clinicians as part of the joint outreach paediatric burns services (JOBS) to keep kids as close to home as possible.
